In our philosophy of luxury living, we don't recognize the impersonal style of houses that look like boxes of glass and concrete. There are plenty of them in the world without us.
The detailing is important. It creates a unique image. A house as a person should have a name.
Here's an example of that. With the image of Cervantes' legendary hero Don Quixote, the entire architecture of the house could be built around this idea. We made the graphic design of Don Quixote as the centre of composition. our philosophy is fengshui (wind and water). It's thousands of years old for a reason. It works perfect. That's why we need water, lots of water around, to extinguish all the negative energy and to move it away from our homes. It is our calling card. For a hot Marbella, water cools the air around us, bringing a sea chill.
The timeless classics have been reworked into a new style. We have called it a new style of Andalusia, the region of Spain where Marbella is located. Here we have put it in a new approach to space planning, but the principle of Feng Shui remains the same. We want water all around. We are moving away from standard pools to replace them with artificial ponds, like a small lake artfully woven into the lace of the landscape. And of course fountains. The Arabian culture left its mark on the culture of Spain. The Arabs made extensive use of small fountains to delight the ear with water music.
Next, there are unique interiors. They are an integral part of our magic. A turnkey interior design service where everything is included: from bedding and crockery to shampoos and fresh flowers. Future owners only have to bring in their favorite things. Everything else is ready.
We break down all interior stereotypes and bring in a new approach. We bring architecture into the interior itself, thereby making it individual and of no match.
And finally, the price! This is where the biggest magic begins. Unless you know how to make the price affordable with such luxury, you never get a similar level. The cost of the property would be astronomically high. We know how to make it substantially below the industry's accepted standard.
